Local MP Alan Mak has welcomed pupils from Purbrook Park School on a trip to Parliament.
A group from the school in Purbrook was taken on a guided tour of the Parliamentary estate and met up with Mr Mak for a question and answer session in the Education Centre.
Pupils from schools in the Havant Constituency visit Parliament each year and Mr Mak also regularly visits the schools to talk to children about life as an MP.
He said: "I was pleased to welcome Purbrook Park School pupils to Westminster so they can see democracy in action.
"I think it's really important for young people to learn more about Parliament and what it does.
"Who knows, maybe in future one of the pupils will be inspired to stand for Parliamentary themselves."
