Local MP Alan Mak has visited Royal Mail's Hayling Island Delivery Office to thank staff for their hard work in 2025 and hand out chocolates.
He was greeted by manager Kay Holt and toured the building in St Mary's Road, where he met postal delivery workers who were sorting mail before going out on their daily morning rounds across Hayling.
Mr Mak said: "I enjoyed visiting the Hayling Delivery Office again, meeting staff and thanking them for their hard work, not just at Christmas but all year round.
"I wanted to show my appreciation for what they do for all of us and I hope the chocolates gave them some extra energy on their rounds!"
Mr Mak visits the delivery offices in the Havant Constituency, including on Hayling Island, every Christmas to thank staff for their work, and also visits at Easter time when he can.
