Local MP Alan Mak has raised the issue of the removal of Oak Park Community Clinic services in Parliament.
Mr Mak said it was unacceptable that vital diagnostic services such as X-rays and scans were no longer being offered by the clinic in Havant and that patients were being told to travel to St Mary's Hospital in Portsmouth instead.
He said the decision had been taken without any prior warning or consultation with him as the local MP, GPs or patients.
Mr Mak asked Health Secretary Wes Streeting: "Will the Secretary of State meet with me to discuss how we can restore these services locally so that my constituents do not have to travel to Portsmouth?"
Mr Mak has also contacted the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board, the statutory organisation responsible for allocating NHS resources, for an explanation and to get the decision reversed.
He said: "Taking away these vital diagnostic services without any consultation and expecting people to travel to Portsmouth instead is not good enough. I have raised the issue with the Health Secretary in Parliament and taken immediate action to try to get the NHS to restore these services in Havant. If you agree with me, please sign my petition."
