Local MP Alan Mak congratulated sporting stars and the vital contribution of volunteers at the 44th annual Havant Borough Sports Association Awards.
The ceremony, which took place at Horizon Leisure Centre in Havant, recognised sporting achievement during 2025 in a range of categories.
Mr Mak is President of HBSA and gave a welcome speech in which he thanked HBSA Chairman John Hogg for his significant contribution - John has been involved in all 44 annual awards.
Mr Mak also sponsored and presented the Junior Team of the Year and Senior Team of the Year awards.
He handed the Junior Team of the Year trophy to delighted members of the U16s girls' team from South Hants Volleyball Club, while the Senior Team of the Year trophy went to the Havant Hobblers walking rugby group from Havant Rugby Club.

He also thanked all those who gave up their time to coach and help out at sports clubs across the area.
Mr Mak, who is also Vice President of Havant Rugby Club and Havant & Waterlooville Football Club, added: "I was delighted to support the Awards again and present two awards and help to shine a light on the outstanding sporting individuals and teams we have in the Havant Borough.
"I must also thank all those volunteers at local clubs whose unseen hard work and dedication ensures that sporting ability can flourish."
He added: "I would like to congratulate all the winners and runners-up and thank HBSA for organising this annual event to celebrate the achievements of our local sporting community."
