Local MP Alan Mak has joined the fun at the 2026 Purbrook Park School Summer Fair.
He helped Headteacher Paul Foxley to man a stall offering pre-loved uniforms and books, and donated a bottle of House of Commons wine for the raffle. Mr Mak also had a go at archery.
The annual fair at the school in Purbrook featured music from pupils and local performers as well as traditional games, craft stalls and refreshments including cream teas and a Pimms tent.
Mr Mak said: "I really enjoyed visiting the Summer Fair and helping Paul on one of the stalls. I hope everybody had a great time and I'd like to thank all those involved for all their hard work in organising the event."
