Local MP Alan Mak has attended the Hayling College Awards Evening, where he presented a number of awards and spoke to the audience of pupils, parents and College supporters.
Mr Mak presented the Citizenship Award, and co-presented awards for First Citizen and Talent.
The evening was hosted by headteacher Martyn Reah and celebrated the achievements of students at the College in a variety of fields.
Mr Mak was joined by local Olympic Gold Medallist Eilidh McIntyre. Several talented students performed songs and played instruments for the assembled guests.
Alan presented the Citizenship Award to Frankie McCarthy. He also co-presented the First Citizen Award to Ellis, a year 9 student, and the Talent Award to Denisa.
