Conservative MP Candidate for Havant Alan Mak campaigns on Hayling Island

Conservative MP Candidate for Havant Alan Mak took his campaign to Hayling Island today and heard about local issues important to Hayling residents.

Together with Hayling Island councillors Andy Lenaghan and Leah Turner, and Hayling East council candidate Clare Satchwell, Alan visited the sea defences that are being reinforced with the support of Havant Borough Council to protect homes, businesses and facilities in Eastoke. 

Later Alan, who founded and is the National Chairman of the Royal British Legion's young professionals' branch, met with Royal British Legion stalwart and Havant Borough Councillor for Hayling East, Leah Turner at the Hayling Island British Legion Branch.
